Tuesday and Thursday 10am Water Aerobics with Steven

Do you want to raise your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories? Then this class is for you!  Using heart rate zones through strength training, you will be sure to maximize your workout potential. 
Tuesday 5:45pm with Rose
Thursday 7:00am with Ashley (begins Jan 11th)

Active Adult Fitness
Wednesday 1:45pm with Steven
Designed with our senior members in mind, all levels of fitness are welcome to this 60 minute class. Become lean, strong and balanced through stability, circuit and strength training exercise, while having fun! Option of chair exercises will be available if needed.
