Summer Camps Registration for Members Opening March 6th
We are excited to offer another summer full of kids programming! Registration for members will begin on Wednesday, March 6th and Non-member registration will be made available on Wednesday, March 20th at 10am in person at the pool house.
La Madrona Pickleball Happenings
PICKLEBALL CLINICS AND DROP-INS
Get involved in La Madrona Pickleball! We have two new clinics: Thursdays from 11 to Noon will be Serve, Return, & 3rd Shot Drop. Come out and learn the most important shots for competitive pickleball. Fridays from 10 to 11 AM will be Improving the Dink. This class will work on shot selection and game play while drinking.

ST. PATRICK'S DAY PICKLEBALL TOURNEY
Sunday March 17 9:00 am to Noon
Grab your Paddles, get your game face on and "Bring your Ringer" because La Madrona has a pickleball tourney coming up on St. Patty's Day! And you know it wouldn't be a party without a pickle tasting! Pucker up and vote for the most lip-smacking pickle in town. And don't forget to wear green, because luck is on your side and the La Madrona Pickle Trophy is waiting to be claimed! Free to Members and Guest Ringers $10.

PICKLEBALL MAMAS BEGINNER CLUB
Thursdays 5-6pm beginning February 22nd $60 members ($72 non-members)
Come learn pickle ball with fellow ladies who are looking to learn the sport of pickleball. This group is perfect for beginners looking to get a little exercise, learn a fun popular sport, all while having a great time. After this series of four classes you will be ready to start playing on your own and have a group to do it with!

Puzzles & Popcorn In the Clubhouse
There will be ongoing puzzles set up in the clubhouse throughout the month. Enjoy some puzzle time and complimentary popcorn & treats all month long!
Hearts & Hues! Paint and Sip
Valentine's Day- Wednesday, February 14th at 5:15 pm
Get ready to paint the town red with our Valentine's Day bash, Hearts & Hues! Lovebirds and friends alike are invited to La Madrona for a fun Paint and Sip experience. Accomplished artist Anastasia Bachmanova from Follow the Sun Art will be present to lend her expertise and make it a night to remember! Put on your poker face, pick up a pint, and join us for Poker & Pints Night! Whether you're a newbie or a poker pro, we've got you covered with Texas Hold'em. You will be playing for prizes! The only rule is to have a blast and make new friends while enjoying a fun night!

La Madrona Great Pacific Swim Challenge Begins on February 1st
Ever wonder what it would be like to swim the Pacific Ocean from Santa Cruz to the Hawaiian Islands? Could you go the distance to reach those sunny shores? For the month of February, we invite all of our La Madrona swimmers to challenge yourselves to swim the distance of the Pacific Ocean from Santa Cruz to the Hawaiian Islands in our lap pool.
There will be a log binder placed at the pool house to log your laps. All those that help us reach the islands will be awarded prizes!
La Madrona Tennis Updates
JUNIOR TENNIS UPDATES - All of the players in the La Madrona Junior Winter Session are improving at an alarming rate! Watch out for some of these up and comers as they progress into high school and tournament play! We have very fun beginner classes too so come out and learn a new sport that will have lifelong benefits! Junior Tennis Flyer
USTA SIGN UPS - We are approaching the next USTA season, which will be 18+ and two singles lines for each team. We are hoping to have plenty of teams this season. If you have any interest in being a captain, please let Ian Chadwell know directly. Teams should be registered by 2/20, and player registration will start after that.
TUESDAY NIGHT TEAM TENNIS - Tuesday night tennis is coming back to the club this month! We will be sending out email updates, if you have not gotten any of the Tuesday night emails please provide your email address to Ian Chadwell. We will be starting Team Tennis on 2/20.
ADULT TENNIS CLINICS - Come out to one of our fun Tennis clinics at La Madrona, we have classes for all levels! Adult Tennis Schedule
