Dear Members,

We are dedicated to enhancing and streamlining our club communications to better cater to your needs. Recognizing that SMS text messaging is the most efficient means of reaching you, we encourage members to opt-in if they have not already done so.  As always your information is always confidential and never compromised.

If you opted-out long ago, you can easily update your preferences through the member portal, and a recent opt-in text has been sent to those we need to hear from!  Also, in the member portal you can customize your profile with your preferred photo that front employees can see when you check-in!

By opting in, you will receive text messages regarding important updates:

  • Changes in scheduling, cancellations, additions for clinics and classes
  • Club Social Events
  • Power Outage Notifications

You will soon see new digital media to interactively enhance your experience at the club that will highlight club happenings:

  • New T.V. located in the Fitness Room
  • New T.V. located by the Coffee/Tea Service by  the Pool House Front Desk
  • Bulletin Board Glass Case located by the Family Spa
  • New Digital Frame at the Club House Front Desk
  • New Bulletin Board Glass Case located at the Tennis/Pickleball Staircase

Each year we evaluate the cost of operations for the club, while also keeping in mind the needs of our members. We did not have a dues increase last year and continuously work hard to keep costs down. In light of the ongoing increase in operating costs, we find a dues adjustment is necessary to maintain the high level of services, programming and facilities we offer. The dues adjustment will begin April 1, 2024 and be a 6% increase.

Your feedback, comments, and suggestions are always valued as we strive to maintain La Madrona as your happy and healthy place!
